About AI for Elders
Why this exists
A lot of people find AI confusing or a little frightening. That is completely understandable — it is new, it can sound complicated, and there is a lot of noise about it in the news. AI for Elders exists because we believe every older adult deserves a calm, patient place to learn at their own pace. No pressure. No sign-ups. No jargon. Just friendly lessons and a helpful guide named Iris.
What you will find here
Four short lessons to get you started, a friendly AI guide called Iris you can practise with any time, and more lessons coming soon. Everything is free. We will never ask for your password or personal details.
Who made this
This site was built by Emerson, an IT professional and solo builder based in Singapore. It started as a project to help older adults — including family members — feel more confident with technology. It is a community project, not a company.
How it stays free
There are no ads on this site. It runs on a small budget. If it has been useful to you or someone you love, you are welcome to chip in — but there is absolutely no pressure. A small donation covers a month of hosting and keeps the site free for everyone.
